This paper returns to original philosophical inquiry conducted by the Masters, Galileo and Sir Isaac Newton. As Galileo had done, I not only reject the difficult nature of trying to explain g-field energy curves using an ellipse, but pursue his conviction that God would never use such a complicated curve to move His planets. I develope his mechanical energy curves, apply them to a CURVED SPACE DIVISION ASSEMBLY, prove energy distribution of stable M1 and M2 orbit using Galilean potential curves and motive curves, and use Sir Isaac Newton's Inverse Square Law to confirm operating radii of central force orbits so constructed using circular energy curves proposed by Galileo. I also develope the first plane/analytic geometry demonstration of Kepler's second perception concerning conservation of orbit angular momentum.
